Terms of Service

"Waikiki Betty Digital Download (WBDD)," is the product in the following Terms of Service.

Purchaser agrees that they are licensing WBDD for personal usage only. "Personal usage," includes: sharing and displaying prints, digital publishing to personal social media accounts, and private sharing/distribution with friends and family.

Purchaser agrees that they will never publish, resell or unlawfully relicense WBDD. Unlawful redistribution includes: digital publishing to business social media accounts and/or business-related social media accounts; printed banners, billboards and editorial publishings.

Waikiki Betty LLC prohibits WBDD from being sold and/or redistributed to a third party without the written consent of Waikiki Betty LLC.

「ワイキキ・ベティ・デジタル・ダウンロード（WBDD）"は、以下の利用規約の商品です。

購入者は、WBDDを個人的な使用に限りライセンスすることに同意します。「個人的な使用」には、プリントの共有や展示、個人のソーシャルメディアアカウントへのデジタル公開、友人や家族との個人的な共有/配布が含まれます。

購入者は、WBDDの出版、転売、違法な再ライセンスを行わないことに同意します。違法な再配布には、ビジネスソーシャルメディアアカウントおよび/またはビジネス関連ソーシャルメディアアカウントへのデジタル公開、印刷バナー、ビルボード、編集出版物が含まれます。

ワイキキ・ベティLLCは、ワイキキ・ベティLLCの書面による同意なしに、WBDDを第三者に販売または再配布することを禁止します。

“와이키키 베티 디지털 다운로드(WBDD)"는 다음 서비스 약관의 제품입니다.

구매자는 개인적 용도로만 WBDD를 사용할 수 있는 라이선스를 부여한다는 데 동의합니다. “개인적 사용"에는 인쇄물 공유 및 전시, 개인 소셜 미디어 계정에 대한 디지털 게시, 친구 및 가족과의 비공개 공유/배포가 포함됩니다.

구매자는 WBDD를 게시, 재판매하거나 불법적으로 재라이선스하지 않을 것에 동의합니다. 불법 재배포에는 비즈니스 소셜 미디어 계정 및/또는 비즈니스 관련 소셜 미디어 계정에 대한 디지털 게시, 인쇄 배너, 광고판 및 편집 출판물이 포함됩니다.

와이키키 베티 LLC는 와이키키 베티 LLC의 서면 동의 없이 WBDD를 제3자에게 판매 및/또는 재배포하는 것을 금지합니다.
